Hotel staff were very accommodating to our needs and very friendly. Breakfast range was great, especially for the kids. Location was great as it was central to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. There were good places nearby within walking distance like an ATM, ISCON mall and the ISKCON Temple with the lovely Govindas restaurant. Room was a very good size especially when it came to packing our suitcases and it meant kids can either be distracted watching TV or sleeping quietly one side of the room whilst we carry on the other side.

The property was exactly as expected for a Novotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful. Having access to the pool on the 3rd floor was also a great bonus to escape from the busy streets. The hotel had security 24/7 and checked bags in with an airport style scanner and metal detectors. The food options were vast and buffet style which was really good and the options changed daily.

Hotel was for me in perfect location. Not far from congress hall of my conference and One Mall where you can make great shopping. The stuff was helpful and easy to communicate. Rooms comfortable but need a bit of renovation. Hotel transfer from and to airport is very comfortable (for additional price). Breakfast was normal. The best was masala tea, which was the best I tried in India. I can recommend this hotel.

The staff is very polite and very welcoming. Any questions and they are trained to answer. I had gone with my 8 month child, the in room dining served us baby food for all 4 days without cost. The khichdi they sent was delicious than we make at home. Special mention of Aman, Ram, Adwaith and Huzaifa for their outstanding support in my stay. It was a stay to remember with 2 kids.

Got a surprise upgrade from a standard room to a studio suite- this room was massive! Soft and comfortable bed. Room was quiet. Shower hot! Executive lounge was small but comfortable. All staff, from reception staff to housekeeping to executive lounge, were lovely and very accommodating.
