The first impression was good, and then we were met by Lovi and Nikita at the reception. These ladies were friendly and made our check-in trouble free. Lovi and nikita were very helpful with a great smile and were available. If you had any problems,our stay was very comfortable. The Square restaurant staff : Niraj, the assistant manager restaurant, The chefs Minto and Debojyoti were very friendly, and the chefs were helpful in making food to our less spicy taste. Thanks to Amerjit,Karen, and Jasmine for your great service in the restaurant. Thanks to Mr Shahbaz Khan for playing great melodious music on your Sitar, which made our evening dinner joyous. And finally, thanks to Suhana, our housekeeping lady who made our room clean and fresh every day, thank you for that, and keep smiling 😃 Thank you. Novotel, we hope to be back soon

We loved our stay at Novotel for more than one reasons, the service was excellent and so were the facilities. The staff was very polite and well trained. The mornings always saw a rush at breakfats time however the staff managed it so prfessionally and cordially that brought a smile to our faces :)

I've had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Ahmedabad three times in the past five months, and each visit has been an absolute delight. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is commendable and contributes significantly to the overall comfort of the stay. Speaking of comfort, the food at Novotel is simply amazing. From the diverse array of options to the impeccable presentation, every meal is a culinary adventure. The hi-tea service, in particular, stands out as a highlight, offering a mind-blowing assortment of delectable treats served at just the right time. The variety of dishes cater to all tastes, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. What truly elevates the experience at Novotel, however, is the exceptional staff. The team goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay. I must give a special mention to Miss. Lovi, the hotel's guest relation executive, whose friendliness, politeness, and supportiveness truly made my stay memorable. Lovi's attentiveness to guest needs reflects the hotel's commitment to providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of my experiences at Novotel. The property was exactly as expected for a Novotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful. Having access to the pool on the 3rd floor was also a great bonus to escape from the busy streets. The hotel had security 24/7 and checked bags in with an airport style scanner and metal detectors. The food options were vast and buffet style which was really good and the options changed daily.

What I like about Novatel Ahmedabad, is they provided all of the things that I need. From housekeeping to dining to reception and the ambience that the hotel gives. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend this hotel to solo Travelers like me because you will not feel alone in this hotel. They will make you feel that it is good to stay here and you will not feel anxiety at all. Special thanks to Lovi, Rajendra, Aniket and Ayan. I will always choose to stay in Ahmedabad and also in this hotel.

Hotel was for me in perfect location. Not far from congress hall of my conference and One Mall where you can make great shopping. The stuff was helpful and easy to communicate. Rooms comfortable but need a bit of renovation. Hotel transfer from and to airport is very comfortable (for additional price). Breakfast was normal. The best was masala tea, which was the best I tried in India. I can recommend this hotel.

Room.view was excellnt. Breakfast spread was good . Food quality excellent . Chai was like home made freshly brewed with ginger Even the Ala carte chicken dishes, were made to suit our taste . Room was overall.okay Housekeeping was fair.. Restaurant staff courteous ..

Receptionist Mr Rajesh was very helpful & cordial. He allotted us an upgraded room with partial city view. Bed was comfortable. House keeping was very prompt & professional. Buffet breakfast met the expectations.

We didn't use breakfast option..as we were there in ahmedabad for my elder son's robotics competition WSRO national international championship 2024..and we had breakfast and lunch offered at competition venue itself.

The rooms were of a high standard. My husband had a problem with the shaving socket in the shower, and it was solved quickly by the staff.
